About Patti

Patti's Preschool is directed and owned by Patti Young. Ms. Young received her Early Childhood Education Certificate from Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa, California, in 1975. In 1979 she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, with honors, and a major in Child Development.

Patti Young has also studied preschool and child care techniques in Finland and Sweden. She has worked with children in early childhood settings since 1972 and is active in local and national preschool organizations. Patti's Preschool has been in operation in Huntington Beach since 1980.
